Crowds

Shot Production

Crowds Artists, collaborating with Animators, apply creative and technical skills to create great looking crowds, using simulation techniques to populate large numbers of characters, animals, and vehicles that deliver compelling performances.

Crowds are most often gatherings of people, characters, or objects, supporting the main action of the shot.

They are sometimes the “extras,” usually witnessing or participating in the hero action or going about their business in the background.
